Love to start my day with a great, healthy smoothie. It’s so fast and easy, and it’s so important to start your day with a great breakfast!
Here’s my recipe:
- 3 cups spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
- 1 1/4 water
