It’s time to shake-up your smoothie routine and get seasonal. Here is a recipe we are loving.
Ingredients
1/2 c pumpkin
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 c vanilla almond milk
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder
5-7 ice cubs
Blend until smooth. Top with granola or nuts if you desire a little something extra. Enjoy!
