The polymethyl methacrylate microspheres are injected into the tissue using a collagen gel. Once the substance is in the treatment area, the ingredients get to work. The gel serves to create immediate results similar to those of an HA filler, but the filler also begins building the framework for collagen to form. The PMMA beads do not get absorbed into the body, meaning you get to enjoy the results for years. It’s the perfect solution for those who don’t want to come in for frequent injections.

Kybella is an injectable made from deoxycholic acid. This substance, used in the digestive system to dissolve dietary fat, can help to melt away submental fullness. After the cells are destroyed by Kybella, they are gone for good and can’t store fat in that area anymore.
