At the beginning of the year I started an online program to become a health coach because I love nutrition. I have learned so much already about not only healthy eating, but healthy living. The food we eat is not our primary food. Our primary foods are our relationships, career, physical activity, and spirituality. Our secondary food is the food we eat!
People who ate healthy, weren’t necessarily healthy. Sometimes it’s because of our genetics, but sometimes it’s what we eat. It’s not just food, it’s the water we drink, the air we breathe, love in our life, and exercise.
You don’t need to start a diet theory to become healthy or lose weight. Diet theories don’t work for everyone. There’s no need to force yourself to change your eating habits all at once. Instead of taking foods out, try to add foods in that you normally wouldn’t eat. Each week add 1-2 different vegetables and fruits into your meals. Experiment with your bio-individuality to find what foods work best for you.
It’s a journey not a destination, make small adjustments, and make gradual introductions of basic changes to experience larger changes!
You got this! Believe in yourself!

Brittany
