Looking back on 2017, this has been a year of transition, growth and revaluation.
In 2017 we have had so many positive changes, including 5 new employees, new services, new branding, and refreshed culture! Perhaps the largest transition for me as a business owner and a provider has been stepping back from the treatment room.
As many of you know that was difficult for me, but looking from the outside I realized how much more valuable I could be for my clients and my staff by doing so.
Many of you have asked, where is Eileen and why is she not on the books? Since this transition I have been available to focus on our Clientele and their needs, my employees and their goals, as well as refocusing on being a leader in this fast paced industry.
The blessings and the challenge of stepping back from treatments is as an owner you are able to see the whole picture and the importance of each moving part. although it provides a whole new perspective, doing so has motivated me as a provider, as a mother and a female business owner!
I felt It was time to simplify our brand and our look, I wanted our image to represent
our culture in a revitalized way. bringing on additional staff that took ownership in my vision and felt valued in their role made all of this transition possible and worth it.
In 2018 we are striving for even more refinement and efficiency. Although we love addressing all of our clients beauty needs we have found it humbling to refer out services that we are not consistently providing.
This has allowed us more time to perfect and train on what our client base wants from us most. Being a medical spa we have refined our service menu to reflect what we have continually strived to be the best at!
Although every product we have carried in the past we believe in, we decided to refine to only our most trusted and most popular items.
As we continue to focus on external appearance we realize the value we could provide by connecting mind, body and soul- all of our providers value beautifying from within, and we have plans to create more space for our clients to take advantage of those opportunities.
With 2017 being a year of adjustment, 2018 will be nothing short of fabulous as we focus in on new products, new treatments and continue delivering our best to you everyday.
I want to take the opportunity to thank all of our loyal clients and friends. We would not have been able to grow as quickly as we have without all of your love and support. Thank you for supporting me in my dreams, as well as supporting my employees and theirs. We love you all and cannot wait to take care of you in 2018!
